RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On May 13, 2010, ICx Technologies, Inc. (“ICx”) issued a press release announcing (i) its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, and (ii) its expectations of revenue and EPS for the year ending December 31, 2010.
