The airline generated 321.6 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), while available seat miles (ASMs) were 445.6 million. For the month, 502,543 passengers were carried. Independence Air load factor for August was at 72.2 percent, compared to 45.5 percent in August 2004. The company carried 3,889,565 passengers during the first eight months of 2005.
