DELL Dell Inc. (MM)

Transocean Ltd. (RIG) will join the S&P 500, CNBC reported Monday. The company will replace Dell Inc. (DELL), which is being taken private in a $25 billion buyout.

The change will be effective after the close of the market on Oct. 28, CNBC reported.
