(b) On August 14, 2023, Roger L. Fix, 69 years old, a director of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) since June 2014, informed the Company that he will be retiring from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, without standing for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2024 AGM”), effective the date of the 2024 AGM.
