During fiscal 2007 Brisam underwent a restructuring designed to enhance stockholder value and create a diversified holding company capable of engaging in multiple lines of business.

In May 2007, Brisam began the process of bringing all of its delinquent public filings back up to date. Brisam’s management is awaiting final review and consent to complete its last three delinquent reports (annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31 and June 30, 2008), which are anticipated to be filed within the next few weeks.

In addition, Brisam has entered into preliminary non-binding letter agreements to acquire two private companies. One company is in the commercial furnishings business and one company is involved in the athletics industry.

Investors and stockholders are urged to read Brisam’s 34 Act reports and Form 8-Ks as they become available.

Further, in response to stockholder requests for transfer agent information, Brisam has provided the following information.

Well, BSMP is on the Grey's...that means it has no MM (Market Maker) making a market in it........if it gets one that would be a good thing........z

Hi-does anybody have any new information about Brisam?what is a new MM-in relation to Zardi's post here in june?and does anyone else really believe that brisam shares could "rock" as his quote was??

Today Zecco paid the 10 shares of BSMP I've been expecting for a long time.

Hes probably got only a few shares that hes selling, and with no bid ask set up, if he gets 6.00 he'll feel good about it. I think you missed his point on the upside/downside.....read his post to you again.

I see Penson-cleared brokers gave out 1 (and only 1) share of BSMP (formally SKYI)

should be a 10 share roundup of BSMP. They don't usually do it piecemeal like this. Maybe they messed up, but I was stunned to see the 1 share in there.

Not that 10 shares would be worth a damn anyway lol
