I went on the SEC.gov site and pulled AOSL financials. It reflects the following:

Year Ended June 30, 2016, Net loss per share attributable to Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited of $-0.13 per share. I am confused by this because ON 8/10/16 the company's earnings report press release said it earned $+0.14 per share as of 6/30/16. Which is correct?

I would like to see a glossy annual report with the auditors' opinion. Can anyone help explain what's going on with this company?

Does anyone know when the audited financial statements are due?

AOSL is a very strong company. It is out performing all other companies in the semiconductor industry by 120%. Meaning it is out performing giants like INTC, AMAT, and comparable companies like ACLS, XCRA by 120%. In fact it is the only company in the industry hitting new highs. It hitt an all time high of $20.44 and the day is not over yet. It may surpass the B.RILEY forecast of $20.50.

Wow what a company!?

Are you saying that manipulators cannot influence the price of the stock because the company has complete control over the stock's trading price?

How is the company doing that? Do you know this for a fact or are you just guessing? I don't want to invest and lose everything to manipulators. It would be reassuring if the company did have complete control over its stock's price.

Can someone tell me why this stock even with a good earnings report and the buy recommendation is this stock worth a high of $19.77/shr or even $10. All of this gain based on one positive report. What if all stocks traded that way?
