In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule
5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 July 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 18,716,195 Ordinary shares of 40p each. There are no shares held
in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
18,716,195 and should be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation of notifiable interests in, or change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
