What do YOU suppose happens if July 4th comes along and we still can't break out from old highs? What happened when the world learned of a Pandemic? When the FED made the announcement Stagflation is coming? When trump announces a war with Iran? Debt to GDP is now higher than start of WW II. All great news. Best case scenario we slip/slide slowly till Independence Day. OR even go flat.

Here i go again, declaring a PANDEMIC will cause a deep drop and everyone told me the market already determined it was already absorbed in the price. For FIVE WEEKS! Astonishing how a guaranteed outcome can be vigorously dismissed. I am besides myself how humans can display such ignorance and build massive denials till it smacks them in the face. Trump. Trade Wars, Real Wars, Economic Calamity, Debt. We shrug it off and then get shocked when the laws of physics work.

THE TOP is IN. For SPX and DOW. Might get a marginally higher high in Nasdaq. Stagflation announcement by the FED itself should be enough to topple this behemoth. World trade wars should be enough to topple these extreme valuations and future expectation, the Buffett 10 plus quarters of ever higher cash hoard should be enough to topple this mega bull run. Add Trumps destroying the constitution and literally attacking politicians and handcuffing them for doing their JOB!

The ability to create TULIP BUBBLES, DOT COM BUBBLES and condensing them within a span of years with the same result is astonishing. We seem to ignore the reasons why we allowed the bubble to get so big and why it burst so quickly. We have yet to be able to break emotional dominance from common sense and logic.

All analysts, all prognosticators are predicting a minimum of 2 years before we hit a top. That means TRUMP is not destroying this economy and in fact helping it. The past history of trade wars has been solved and is now beneficial. Valuations this high for this long only means we entered a new paradigm.

A crash like 1929 is the most LOGICAL, or even 1987. The only difference is that "I" believe it will be worse in duration and impact. Worse than the great depression. I believe it will take decades bottom feeding to even start to crawl back. I also believe JULY 4th has major significant.

The FED literally spelled out the definition of Stagflation dead ahead. Many newspapers recognized this and spelled it out for you. In such an environment EVERYONE losses BUT like announcement of a Pandemic we shrugged it off as if science and past facts had no meaning.

GOOD LUCK FOLKS trying to have this one pass you by. Prepare for it. Never mind. Carry on.

I heard today was a big VIX options expiration day (month?) and when that happens one commentator said that VIX usually goes higher that day or in the days ahead. With conflict in middle east and also Powell's Q/A's session at 2:30 pm, anything can happen, but I won't hold my breath for a big rise until there is "more data"! lol
