Tel Aviv District Court Issues Two Injunctions in Favor of RoboGroup ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RoboGroup T.E.K. Ltd. today announced that following the suit filed by the Company and its Robotec Technologies Ltd. subsidiary against Furier Systems (1989) Ltd. on December 11, 2003, the Tel Aviv District Court issued two injunctions on Thursday, March 11, 2004. The court issued the injunctions after determining that certain proprietary information, including commercial secrets of RoboGroup and Robotec, was found in Furier's offices and computers, and that Furier had breached the Israeli Commercial Torts Law of 1999. The court ordered Furier not to use the information that came from the Company and/or Robotec. The court also ordered Furier to fulfill its obligation under a distribution agreement between the companies. Under the agreement, Furier agreed to supply products to Robotec according to the original price list attached to the agreement. On March 12, 2003, an agreement was signed between Robotec and Furier, according to which Robotec was named the exclusive distributor of Furier's products in Israel for a period of two years. RoboGroup and Robotec alleged that Furier breached the contract with Robotec. As part of the breach, Furier took steps like increasing prices of the products that Robotec distributes by a substantial percentage. The injunctions will be in force until a verdict is issued in the principal action filed by the Company and Robotec. However, the order to fulfill the obligation to supply products will be in effect until the term of the agreement ends on March 12, 2005. RoboGroup engages in three business sectors. The first sector is devoted to RoboGroup's training products and e-learning systems. RoboGroup is a world leader in engineering and manufacturing technology training systems.
