This is what worries me.  I can't off the top of my head (and don't have time right now to check) to think of another company with so few shares outstanding. What happens if management decides to make some kind of acquisition and decides to dilute.

BBI I don't necessarily disagree but was premising based on another poster who speculated that the next earnings would be the last loss.  If EU growth continues on this slow path there will still be losses after this next earnings report.  Really would need France and/or Germany to join the group
