Public Network plc, announces the resignation, effective 15 May 2003 of Alan
Grace, Chairman.  Alan is resigning in order to spend time concentrating on his
other business ventures.  Alan will remain a non-executive director of the
Company.


David Martin, Managing Director of the Company, will assume the position of
Acting Chairman

It is the intention of the Board to appoint a replacement Chairman as soon as is
practicable.
