Notice of AGM
Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development
company, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square,
London SW1Y 4JU, at 10.30am on 13 June 2023.
In support of Zinnwald Lithium's ongoing commitment to minimise
unnecessary waste, the Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy, Deemed Consent
Letters, and the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2022 are available for download on the Company's website:
https://www.zinnwaldlithium.com/investors/circulars-and-documents/.
Documents will be posted to registered shareholders who have
requested hard copy documents and also to shareholders who have
joined the register since the last notice of AGM.
