                 The Westbury Property Fund (the "Company")



The Westbury Property Fund announces that The Lunar Partnership, in which it is
a 12.5% shareholder via its venture portfolio, has entered into a lock-out
agreement on the disposal of 13 properties for an aggregate consideration of
#98m.



A further announcement, and details of the resulting NAV uplift for the Capital
Shares, will be made in due course should the transaction proceed.
