                        Appointment of Company Secretary



Warner Estate Holdings PLC (Warner Estate), the property investment company,
announces the appointment of David Lanchester as Company Secretary. David has
been the Assistant Company Secretary of Warner Estate for the past five years
and takes over from Vinod Vaghela, Associate Director Finance. Vinod has stepped
down from the position of Company Secretary, after six and a half years, due to
the increasing responsibilities attached to his duties as Associate Director as
a result of the significant expansion of Warner Estate.
