                   Notification of Major Interests in Shares


Wren Homes Group plc received on 5 December 2006 the following Notification
under Section 198-210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended).

Notifiable interests held by the Eaglet Investment Trust plc (the "Trust"):

        30/11/2006 (Bought) Placing         2,777,778 Ordinary 10p Shares

These transactions leave the Trust's holding at 2,777,778 Ordinary 10p shares,
which now represents a holding of 6.872% of this class of capital.

The Shares will be held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
