                               Directors Dealing

The Company was informed on 21 December 2006 that Gerry O' Neill (CEO) and Sandy
Nairn (Deputy Chairman) have purchased 5,000 and 10,000 shares in the Company
respectively, at 125p per share.

Mr. O' Neill now holds 1,016,634 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
representing approximately 10.9 per cent. of the entire issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

Mr. Nairn now holds 977,123 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
representing approximately 10.4 per cent. of the entire issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
