TVC Announces Sale of its Stake in Dalata Hotel Group p.l.c. ("Dalata")

Realising a Profit Over Carrying Value of EUR13.4 million

TVC Holdings plc, the investment holding company, today (Thursday, 20 March 2014) announced that it subscribed EUR15 million for new shares in Dalata's IPO and has subsequently disposed of its entire shareholding of 11.08 million shares in Dalata for a total consideration of EUR30.4 million, realising a profit over carrying value on disposal of EUR13.4 million.
