Buy-Back of Equity

The Directors of TP70 2008(II) VCT plc announce that the Company has today purchased from a shareholder a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each at a price of 78.56 pence per share.

As a consequence of this buy-back, there are now a total of 22,858,626 Ordinary Shares in issue.
