                        Appointment of New Director


The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of John Bolitho as a 
non-executive Director.

John has 20 years experience in the financial services industry, specialising in
the technology sector.  Following  graduation, he worked as a computer
programmer and analyst before joining Mercury Asset Management in 1990. After
five  years, initially as research analyst and then fund manager covering UK
equities, John moved to Mercury's private equity  division handling new
investments in technology businesses and disposals of existing portfolio
companies.

Between 1999 and 2001 he worked for venture capital firm NewMedia SPARK plc (now
SPARK Ventures plc), where as head of  the emerging technology investment team,
he led investments in software and semiconductor businesses and served on the 
board of the largest SPARK investment and acted in a board role on behalf of
SPARK Directors Limited for three other  investee companies.

In 2003, John co-founded Clarity Capital Partners Limited, a London corporate
finance boutique advisory firm focusing  on technology and media businesses and
he is now a consultant to that firm.  He also serves on the advisory board of 
Lighthouse Analyst Relations, a provider of analysis and consulting to
technology companies seeking to improve their  relationship with industry-
leading technology analysts and opinion formers.

John holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of
Toronto (Trinity College), and is a Sloan  Fellow (Masters in Management) of the
London Business School.  He also has a Diploma in Company Direction from the 
Institute of Directors.
