Dividend declaration


Sitka VCT announces today that it has resolved to declare a dividend of 1.5p per
share. The ex-dividend date is 7 November 2007 with an associated record date of
9 November 2007. The dividend will be paid on 30 November 2007. The scrip date
for all dividend reinvestment plan elections is 16 November 2007.
