New Contract Award 
  *  Fenhams Limited ("Fenhams") awarded Eaga Plc ("Eaga") contract for Warm Front 2 
  *  Significant increase in Fenhams' sales revenue and profit expected

Southern Bear, a holding company focusing on investments in the support 
services, industrial and engineering sectors of the UK and Europe, is delighted 
to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Fenhams, has been successful in 
the Eaga  invitation to tender to provide contracting services for the Warm 
Front 2 scheme. 
Fenhams' original appointment to work under the Warm Front 1 contract to deliver 
central heating / boiler replacement and repair measures was in 4 regional 
areas. In 2005 Fenhams won 18 new areas, and after being awarded the Warm Front 
2 contract, now controls a total of 35 regional areas stretching from the 
Scottish border to the South Coast. 
Under the Warm Front 2 contract, Fenhams has also been successful in increasing 
its geographical spread in the delivery of insulation measures, where the number 
of regional areas covered has increased from 4 to 13. 
Fenhams has worked closely with Eaga since 2003 and to date has carried out over 
25,000 measures under the Warm Front Scheme, worth over GBP22 million, from its 
head office in Newcastle upon Tyne and branches in Worksop, Redditch, Milton 
Keynes, Swindon and London.
