Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, Sandy Adam, Chairman, sold in aggregate 225,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following these transactions, Mr. Adam holds 37,663,019 Ordinary Shares1 in the Company, representing 31.7% of the issued share capital.

 

Includes the holdings of Anne Adam, The Adam Settlement (of which Sandy Adam's sons are beneficiaries) and AW Adam Liferent Trust (of which Sandy Adam is a beneficiary).
