Spacelabs Healthcare Inc. Cancellation of Admission to Trading on AIM

HAWTHORNE, CA--(Marketwire - December 24, 2007) - Spacelabs Healthcare, Inc.
(LSE: SLAB) ("Spacelabs" or the "Company") announces today that application is
being made to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission to
trading in its ordinary shares on AIM. It is anticipated that the cancellation
will take effect from 7 a.m. on 24 January 2007, being not less than 20 days
following the date of this announcement.

Application for cancellation of trading comes following the successful
completion of a Delaware short-form merger, as announced on 20 December 2007,
which resulted in Spacelabs becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of OSI Systems,
Inc.
