   Global Secure Files Registration Statement for Public Offering of Shares    

Sky Capital Holdings is delighted to announce that Global Secure Corp. ("Global
Secure"), a client firm of the Company, released the following announcement on
12 August 2005:

Global Secure Corp., a provider of integrated products and services for the
homeland security industry, announced today it has filed a registration
statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of
shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price
range for the offering have not yet been determined.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. Once available, a
preliminary prospectus may be obtained from Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. or
Jefferies & Company, Inc. at the addresses set forth below. A registration
statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective. These securities may not
be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration
