    SCi Entertainment Group plc (the 'Company')

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority of the Financial Services Authority and to London Stock Exchange
plc for the additional listing of 3,693,182 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares.

    This additional listing is pursuant to Ordinary shares as second payment of earn-out consideration pursuant to the Company's acquisition
of Rockpool Games Limited, Ironstone Partners Limited and SoGoPlay Limited as announced on 26 February 2007.

    Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 22 September 2008.

    Following the proposed admission, the Company will have a total number of 263,586,730 Ordinary Shares in issue.
