    SCi Entertainment Group plc (the 'Company')

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority of the Financial Services Authority and to London Stock Exchange
plc for the additional listing of 707,071 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares.

    This additional listing is pursuant to shares issued as consideration for professional services rendered to the Company under an
agreement with Bain & Company, Inc. United Kingdom.

    Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 18 July 2008. Following the proposed admission, the Company will
have a total number of 259,187,742 Ordinary Shares in issue.
