Retec, the multi-channel marketing services company and one of the UK's largest 
providers of guided selling solutions, is pleased to announce that the special 
resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today to 
approve the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of its Ordinary 
Shares was duly passed. 
 
 
The last day of trading will be 20 February 2009 ahead of the De-Listing at 7.00
