Issue of Equity

Radiant Growth Investments Limited ("Radiant Growth" or "the Company"), a Jersey incorporated investing company, announces that following the draw down of GBP250,000 from its Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, it has today issued and allotted 968,992 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). The shares have been issued at 25.8pence per share.

Application has been made to AIM for the Admission of the Ordinary Shares which is expected to occur, and trading commence, at 8.00am on 3 May 2012.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 105,502,217 Ordinary Shares, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
