Playtech

("Playtech" or the "Company")
Partial
early redemption of €350 million bond
As outlined in the announcement of
the proposed sale of Snaitech on 17 September 2024, Playtech
declared its intention to repay the amounts outstanding on its bond
due March 2026 of €350 million, following completion of the sale of
Snaitech.
Given the current strength of its
balance sheet, Playtech announces that it is now serving notice to
redeem at par, on 23 December 2024, €200 million of the €350
million senior secured notes due to mature in March 2026. This will
be funded using current cash balances. The remaining balance of
this outstanding bond is expected to be repaid following completion
of the sale of Snaitech, as previously communicated.
