The Company has been informed today that Mr Charles Bithell, Finance Director of
the Company, yesterday purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 38.5p per share. This purchase represents 0.13% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital and is Mr Bithell's sole notifiable
interest.
