                 Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007                  

The Directors of Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("the Company") are
pleased to announce that they have declared a dividend of 1p per ordinary share
in respect of the year ended 31 December 2007. The dividend will be paid to
shareholders on the register on 13 June 2008. The Company's shares will trade
"Ex-dividend" on 11 June 2008 and the payment date is 26 June 2008.
