Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a forward purchase
and funding agreement to acquire a new medical centre to be constructed in
Staffordshire, for approximately #1,265,000 (net assets acquired #1,265,000)
with an anticipated rent roll of some #99,365 per annum.  The building will be
let to a GP Practice.
