has entered into a forward purchase and funding agreement to purchase a new
medical centre in Northamptonshire, for approximately #1.9 million (net assets
acquired #1.9 million) with an anticipated rent roll of some #115,000 per annum.
The building will be let to a GP Practice and a pharmacy.
