Ottoman Fund Announces a Return of Capital

The Ottoman Fund Limited is pleased to announce a return of capital of GBP8.58 million, or approximately 6.37 pence per share, payable to shareholders of record as of 24 January 2014. The shares are expected to trade ex-entitlement on 22 January 2014 and the share registrar expects payment to be made on or about 7 February 2014. This return of capital primarily comprises the sale proceeds from the recent sale of Riva land as well as units in the Alanya complex.
