Director Resignation

The Directors of the Ottoman Fund Limited (the "Fund") today announce that Mr. Angelo Moskov has resigned as a Non Executive Director of the Fund to pursue other business interests. Mr Moskov's resignation was effective from 11 August 2011.

The Board thanks Mr. Moskov for his contribution to the Fund and wishes him well for the future.
