COMPLETION OF IN SPECIE REDEMPTION OF B SHARES

The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the in specie redemption of the 5,008,870 B Ordinary shares in the Company (the "B Shares") earlier today. Accordingly, there are no B Shares outstanding and, as a result, trading in the B Shares on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 24 November 2014.

The Company's issued share capital now comprises 64,065,256 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), none of which are held in treasury. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 64,065,256. This figure may be used by shareholders and other investors as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
