Completion of five festival acquisitions

Further to the Announcement made on 28 June 2011 (First Day of Dealings), the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisitions of Benicassim Limited, Kent Festival Limited, Finsbury Park Events Limited, EP Events Limited and SP Events Limited which own Benicassim Festival, the Hop Farm Festival, the Feis Festival, a pop festival and a classical music festival, respectively.

Vince Power, the Chief Executive of Music Festivals, said: "The successful completion of these five acquisitions gives the Company a solid foundation for future growth."
