Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar cells and modules, announces the appointment of a new Chairman following resignation of Gabriel Kow.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Chief Executive Officer, Alina Xu, will be appointed as the new Chairman with effect from 30 November 2010.
