14 March 2012 - LONDON - Hirco PLC (AIM: HRCO), the AIM-quoted real estate investment company, yesterday received notification from Weiss Asset Management LP ("Weiss") that as of 12 March 2012, the notifiable interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") of two private investment funds, Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund and Brookdale International Partners, L.P., are now as follows:
