                         ("Hertford" or "the Company") 
 
                               EGM and CVA result 
 
The  Company announces  that further  to its  announcement on 26 April 2010, the 
proposed  CVA was approved and accepted at  a meeting held earlier today and the 
resolutions proposed at the Company's EGM also held earlier today were approved. 
The  Company will adopt an investing policy pursuant to Rule 15 of the AIM Rules 
and the Company's name will be changed to Otium Ventures plc. 
 
The  Company's ordinary shares were expected  to re-commence trading on AIM with 
effect  from 7.00 a.m. on  13 May 2010. However, the  Company has requested that 
its  ordinary  shares  remain  suspended  while  it  finalises its financial and 
operational  plans for  the future.  A further  announcement in  relation to the 
restoration  of the Company's ordinary shares to  trading on AIM will be made in 
due course.
