Directorate Changes 
 
 
At the Company's General Meeting held today, the proposal by the Executive 
Chairman of a resolution to adjourn the General Meeting until immediately after 
the Annual General Meeting of the Company, was duly passed. 
 
 
The Company also announces the following board changes.  Colin Glass has 
resigned from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect to 
pursue other business opportunities.  Dennis Woods has resigned from the Board 
with immediate effect, but remains an employee of the Company. David Port has 
stepped down as an Executive Director but remains Non-Executive Chairman. 
 
 
Martyn Ratcliffe has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company, and 
Graham Warner joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director. 
 
 
In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information 
in relation to the appointment of Mr Graham Warner, aged 58, is disclosed below:
