                             Director shareholding


The Board of the Greatfleet announces that on 17 May 2007 Nigel Grant, Financial
Director of the Company, purchased 30,069 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the
Company from the Employees Share Ownership Trust at a price of 15.5 pence per
ordinary share. As a consequence of this purchase, the beneficial interest of
Nigel Grant in the share capital of Greatfleet has increased to 4,417,528
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company representing 5.94% of the current
issued share capital of the Company.
