                                 AGM Statement


Greatfleet, the specialist recruitment company, will hold its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") today at 9.30am at the Company's offices at 85 Gracechurch
Street, London, EC3V 0AA. At the meeting Jonathan Hill, Chairman of Greatfleet,
will make the following statement:


"Since the beginning of the year, Greatfleet has continued to benefit from a
dedicated focus on its core financial services and legal marketplaces and has
witnessed organic growth across all these sectors.


"In March 2007, Greatfleet raised #2.52 million (before expenses) through a
placing of new ordinary shares with institutional investors. The net proceeds of
the placing have principally been applied to strengthening the Company's balance
sheet, growing the Company's legal recruitment business and taking advantage of
overseas opportunities in certain emerging markets.


"The Board is pleased with the progress made by Greatfleet in 2007 and following
the completion of the placing the Company is now able to operate from a stronger
platform. During the first four months of 2007 market conditions remain
favourable. There is a continued competition for talent within the financial
services and legal marketplaces and as a result the Company's candidate
attraction strategy remains central to a significantly more efficient
recruitment offering.


"In addition, the Board today announces that Christopher French, Non-Executive
Director, has retired from the Board with effect from conclusion of today's AGM.
Chris was the founder of Fleet Search & Selection Limited and oversaw the
business until the reverse takeover of Greatfleet Limited by Longbridge
International PLC in December 2005. He has been instrumental in developing the
Group's position as a leading supplier of governance staff within the financial
services sector. The Board would like to thank Chris French for his contribution
to the Greatfleet business over the last 15 months and wish him every success in
his retirement".


Chris French added: "I am very proud of the achievement of the Board over the
last 15 months in consolidating the Longbridge and Greatfleet businesses. It has
been a pleasure working with the Board and I wish the Company every success in
the future".
