                               Notice of results



Further to the announcement of 1 March 2006 and following the change of
accounting reference date of the Company to 31 December, Greatfleet expects to
announce its audited results for the six months to 31 December 2005 on 28 April
2006. As outlined in the announcement of 1 March 2006, these results will
include all exceptional costs from the reorganisation of the business following
the acquisition of Greatfleet Limited as well as the Company's trading losses
before completion of the acquisition.
