Exercise of Options

FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service ("SaaS") to the global derivatives community, announces that application has been made for the admission of 115,000 new ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee.

It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 2 March 2012.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital will comprise of 472,036,572 ordinary shares.
