Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Company announces that Grant Thornton UK LLP has today resigned as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

Accordingly, under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if Environ has not appointed a new nominated adviser by 7.00 a.m. on 29 February 2012, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
