                      eServGlobal upgrades 2007 forecast.

eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV & LSE:ESG), a supplier of advanced real-time
Charging and Messaging solutions to leading telecommunications carriers
worldwide, today announced revenue guidance for the current fiscal year, ending
30 June 2007.

Continuing sales and delivery growth in the second half is forecast to produce a
full-year revenue achievement above AUD$150million, representing 58% growth over
the FY06 revenue achievement of AUD$95million and reflecting not only
strengthening market conditions but also the success of eServGlobal's product
strategy.

EBITDA margin is expected to improve over the FY06 level, as a result of
continuing improvements in operating efficiency and productivity.

There are a number of assumptions included in the forecast, particularly in
regard to external project dependencies not fully under the control of
eServGlobal, which may reduce or increase the final result.  We will advise the
market if any significant changes occur.

for both conventional and Next Generation Networks, has produced excellent
