                              Share Option Grants                               

 

The Board of Electric Word plc announces today a grant of options under the
Company's Share Option Scheme (2000). The options, with an exercise price of 1p,
will vest in February 2010 according to criteria related to the Company's
earnings per share performance over the previous three financial years. Vesting
of the options will be dependent on the Company achieving an average of at least
15% annualised adjusted earnings per share growth over the three years to
November 2009. In order for all of the options to vest, adjusted earnings per
share growth will need to reach 25% per year over the same period.


Under the scheme the following Directors have been granted the following maximum
number of share options, subject to the performance conditions as set out above:
