Notification under section 198 - 202 Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification from Sylvester Stein informing it that he
transferred 4,000,000 shares to his spouse. His resultant holding is 4,624,857
shares representing 4.06% of the issued share capital of the company.


Sarah Cawkwell, Sylvester Stein's spouse, is now interested in 4,000,000 shares
representing 3.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
