Disperse Technologies Group plc ("the Company") - Change of Name

At the Company's AGM held on Friday 28 January 2005 all the resolutions proposed
were duly passed, including the resolution regarding the change of the Company's
name to 'Disperse Group plc'. The change in the Company's name will become
effective on Thursday, 3 February 2005.
